Biography

Salem Chism is the Chief of Staff for Research Programs and a primary contributor to Outcome Management & Operations. Salem’s objective is to balance systems and processes with culture, relationships, and the experience of stakeholders to accelerate Autodesk on our journey to building a world-class research organization.

Salem started with Autodesk in 2015 as an intern with the Autodesk Gallery, entered a San Francisco-based marketing rotation program in 2016, then joined the team launching what is now the Technology Center in Boston. From 2019 to 2022, Salem led Global Operations for the Technology Centers and Research Programs.

When she’s not operationalizing a strategy, curating our culture, or streamlining a system, Salem is eager to recommend restaurants, bars, and various attractions – ask her about her collection of curated Google Maps.
