Biography

Natalia is an innovation researcher and strategist whose work focuses on impact action in response to possible futures. She is currently a Senior Strategic Foresight Specialist at Autodesk, partnering with Impact, Climate, and M&A departments and leading external expert research. Natalia formerly spent six years at design firm IDEO co-building its foresight practice and climate portfolio. There she collaborated with Fortune500s, investors and startups, governments, multinational NGOs, and cross-sector consortiums to envision and prepare strategies and products for better futures. Prior, she spent a decade in climate work with groups including the Department of Energy and The Nature Conservancy. Natalia’s artistic practice creates large-scale immersive experiences for people to viscerally step into possible future realities, sparking their agency. She has post-graduate studies in Futures Studies and Speculative Design from Parsons, Design Research certification from Stanford University, and a bachelors degree in International Relations from Tufts University and Multimedia Design from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.
