Biography

Natalia is an innovation researcher and strategist whose work focuses on impact action in response to possible futures. She is currently a Senior Strategic Foresight Specialist at Autodesk, focused on artificial intelligence futures and earth futures. In her work, she partners with leadership across AI technical staff, Sustainability, and Investments. Natalia formerly spent six years at innovation firm IDEO co-building its foresight practice and climate portfolio for Fortune 500 companies, investors and startups, governments, multinational NGOs, and cross-sector consortiums to envision and prepare strategies and products for better futures. Prior, she spent a decade in environmental work with groups including the Department of Energy and The Nature Conservancy. Natalia’s artistic practice creates large-scale immersive experiences for people to viscerally step into possible future realities, sparking their agency. She has post-graduate studies in Futures Studies and Speculative Design from Parsons, Design Research certification from Stanford University, and a bachelors degree in International Relations from Tufts University and Multimedia Design from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.
