Biography
Mohi Reza is a Research Scientist at Autodesk Research in Toronto. His work sits at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Artificial Intelligence, focusing on how emerging technologies and machine intelligence can be leveraged to create compelling user experiences in precision design environments. Prior to joining Autodesk, he pursued his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the Dynamic Graphics Project (DGP) Lab at the University of Toronto, following an M.Sc. in Computer Science at the Multimodal User Experience (MUX) Lab at the University of British Columbia. During his Ph.D., he formalized an experimentation framework that played a key role in winning the $1 million XPRIZE Digital Learning Challenge for transforming online education through AI-driven adaptive experiments. Outside of work, Mohi can often be found brewing coffee, strumming his guitar, or tinkering with side projects that blend design, technology, and everyday creativity.
