Biography

Mohi Reza is a Senior Research Scientist at Autodesk Research in Toronto. His research lies at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Artificial Intelligence, focusing on developing novel interaction techniques that help people engage more effectively with foundation models and emerging generative AI systems. Before joining Autodesk, he received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia. During his Ph.D., he developed an experimentation framework that was pivotal in winning the million-dollar XPRIZE Digital Learning Challenge, advancing AI-driven adaptive experimentation in online education. Outside of work, Mohi enjoys brewing coffee and tinkering with side projects that blend design, technology, and everyday creativity.
