Autodesk Research at AU 2026
Imagine a more connected Design & Make ecosystem with Autodesk Research at AU 2026.
Step into the future of Design & Make
At AU 2026, Autodesk Research is exploring a future where designing and making is more connected, intuitive, and collaborative. Through experimental AI systems, intelligent agents, connected data, and new ways of interacting with technology, our researchers are investigating how people could move more seamlessly from ideas and decisions to real-world outcomes.
At the Autodesk Research booth at AU, attendees can step inside an interactive vision of future Design & Make workflows: one where people, project knowledge, and AI work together across the entire process.
Share your feedbackExperience a more connected way to Design & Make
Based on a real-world customer use case to validate experimental AI workflows for sustainability, attendees will explore three interactive experiences: Touch, See, and Speak. Each examines how AI could reshape the ways people interact with their tools, data, and each other across the Design & Make process.
- Touch explores more natural, hands-on ways to design, bringing physical objects, digital models, simulation, and AI together in a shared workspace.
- See looks at how AI agents could connect project data, decisions, requirements, and stakeholder input to create a richer, shared understanding of a project.
- And Speak explores how natural language and immersive environments could enable people and AI agents to work together, surfacing insights, exploring changes, and moving fluidly between design and review.
Hear from Autodesk Research at AU
Across three days of sessions, Autodesk Research speakers will explore some of the biggest questions emerging at the intersection of AI and Design & Make. Explore how agents can help teams navigate design decisions, emerging research with real-world applications, how to translate fragmented information into useful design intent, and more.
